Jane has been a teacher at FCPS for the past 10 years and her own children (now 18 and 23!) are both former students. In her spare time Jane enjoys Pilates, downtime snoozing on her couch and spending time with her family. She is often described as quirky, kind and forgetful. She is passionate about the well-being of children and pursuing personal development through study. Although teaching is her chosen profession now, as a child she had her heart set on becoming a stunt-woman, practising and perfecting her stunts in the back garden!
Donna Davies~Forest Crescent Primary School Teacher
I have been a teacher at FCPS since 2009 after many years teaching in country and remote locations in the north and east of WA. I love cycling and can be found spinning around the streets of Perth and the hills well before dawn on most mornings! I have a 3 year old “fur baby” whom I rescued from a life on the streets and as a result I spend my spare time volunteering for a dog rescue association. I guess I could be described as loyal, dedicated and honest. In my personal life I am passionate about encouraging other women to take up cycling and promoting the adoption of rescue dogs. In my professional life I am passionate about early childhood education, especially standing against the demise of play in the learning environment.

Rodney Hunter~Forest Crescent Primary School Parent
I’m an Accountant with over fifteen years in commercial management roles and with my wife we try to give back to our community where we can. My wife has previously performed the Treasurer and fundraising officer roles on the Forest Crescent Primary P&C. We have lived in the Forest Lakes area for nearly fourteen years and currently have three children at Forest Crescent PS, sons in year 6, year 4 and a daughter in year 2. In addition our eldest son, currently year 8, also attended Forest Crescent from Kindy – Year 6. During all of these years I have seen some great results from the school and would be keen to hopefully use my experience to assist the school to be the best it can be.
Grant Sharman~Forest Crescent Primary School Parent
I am currently employed at Brownes Dairy, as Group Business Manager with responsibility for a team of fifteen across key channels such as Grocery, Licensed, Catering/Government and Education. I also have two daughters who attend Forest Crescent Primary. The value I believe I can add to the school board is the application of skills around strategy, planning, decision-making and teamwork in alignment to the Forest Crescent Primary’s Shared Values/Vision and seeing students have the ongoing opportunity to grow. Personally, other things I consider important are family and child development, health and sport.
