DESCRIPTION:Our annual Open Night will be held on Tuesday\, 29 August (Week 7). Our art program\, music\, drama and visual arts will be presenting their work in the undercover area. \nThe band and choir will commence from 5pm to 5.30pm. Classes will be open from 5.30pm-6.50pm. \nThere will be a drama performance from 7pm-7.30pm in the undercover area. \nThe Open Night is an opportunity for families to come and have a look at the wonderful work of students and see our great facilities. Teachers will be available to say hello and introduce themselves if parents/caregivers haven’t met before. The Open Night is a time to celebrate all of the outstanding teaching and learning opportunities implemented across the school\, it is not a time for parent/teacher interviews. \nShould you wish to have a more in-depth conversation with your child’s classroom teacher\, an appointment can be made for a later date. I look forward to seeing many families taking the opportunity to come in and look at our wonderful work. \nThe P&C has a Subway Meal Deal that you can order through the Flexischools app. Orders can be picked up on the night from the Art Room between 5.30pm and 6.10pm. Orders close at 9am on Friday\, 25 August.

The Uniform Shop is open from 8:15 am-9:15 am. \nBlock 5 (see school map -click on INFORMATION tab) \nPlease remember the Uniform shop is voluntarily run by parents (from the P&C). Order forms can be obtained from the office or downloaded from the school website. Completed orders may be paid in the office and distributed to classrooms during each fortnight. Parents can also order online through Flexischool\, though the order needs to be placed by 5pm Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Click on the link for more information about Flexischools online ordering. There is no need for you to come in and collect online orders. \nSECONDHAND UNIFORMS\nVarious items and sizes are available for $2—$5 each. All proceeds go to the P & C. Visit the Uniform Shop when it is open to view items or drop off any uniform donations at the front office.

DESCRIPTION:PP-Yr6 Sports Faction Athletics Carnival is scheduled for this day. \nAttached is a PP – Year 6 Athletics Carnival timetable on Friday\, 13th October. \nLunch for the whole school will be at 12.30pm. \nTHE CANTEEN WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SPORTS CARNIVAL-THERE WILL BE NO OVER-THE-COUNTER ORDERING \nThe following items are available for lunchtime; \n\nSausage Rolls\, Nacho Dippers\, Picky Plates (Order through Flexischools-food ordering open by Wednesday 11th October)\nDrinks\, Icecreams\, Bake Sale (Purchased separately on the day on the oval)\n\nOn the oval\, near the Year 3 block\, the P & C will sell home-cooked baked goods\, ice cream\, and drinks. There will also be a coffee van for parents. \n\nKindy\, Year 1-2 classrooms send lunch monitors to collect lunches from the canteen as per normal at 12:20pm.\nFrom the senior carnival\, faction captains and student councillors from each faction are selected to go to the canteen to collect pre-ordered lunches at 12:25pm and bring them back to faction bays\, where they will distributed by teachers.\n\nParents must sign out their Kindy to Year 2 students for lunch (sign out sheet in Kindy to Year 2 classes)\, but they must be returned to class by 1pm so that the senior athletics programme can restart promptly. \nTimetables (PDF) are available for download below. \nJunior (PP-Yr2) Athletics Carnival Timetable Download\nSenior (Yr3-Yr6) Athletics Carnival Timetable Download
