For Home Delivery or Pre-Paid School Collection Service
- Parents have the option to ORDER ONLINE AT www.campion.com.au using “GJWB” as your code by Friday 18th November 2022 OR if you wish to pay on the day of the School Collection RETURN THIS LIST TO SCHOOL before Friday 18th November 2022.
- Home Delivery orders can be placed online past the ‘Return Date’ but it may incur a late fee.
- The total cost of the Delivery Service is $3.00
- If you choose the home delivery option, your home delivery order will be dispatched the week ending 9th December 2022.
- If you place your order prior to Friday 18th November 2022, the $3 fee found at the end of your list only applies to home delivery orders. Any orders placed after this date will incur a late fee of up to $9.95.
- Your prepackaged items will be available for collection on Friday 9th December from 8:30am-10:30am in the Undercover Area.
- Please note: Any orders being returned to Campion by mail must be received two days prior to the cut-off date on this page to ensure your order does not incur a late fee.

Forest Crescent Primary School Fees and Charges
Voluntary Contributions: $60 per child. This allows the school to enhance existing programs and greatly supports the school. Specifically, this money is used to further support programs in English, The Arts and (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The quality of our teaching and learning program will be maximised when each family makes a voluntary contribution towards the cost of supplementing funding gained from other sources including the State and Commonwealth Government.
