The following are the arrangements for in-term swimming lessons for our Pre-Primary to Year 3 students for 2025. The parent information letter provides more information about swimming lessons.

Swimming Letter for Parents/Guardians

Payments & Forms

  • For organisational purposes, could all forms be filled in and returned to the front office, along with a payment of $68.00, no later than Friday, October 31st October
  • Money is to be paid to the school by EFTPOS and the Qkr App.

Spectators will be charged $2.00 per visit to the pool, unless you have organised with the school you are attending to have your child supervised on medical grounds; please note this on the permission forms.

Interschool Athletics & Year 3 Students at Swimming

Please note that some Year 3 students will attend one or two days of the Interschool Athletics Carnival during scheduled swimming lessons. The swim coordinator will be made aware of this, and the students’ swimming assessments will not be compromised. If your Year 3 child attends the Interschool Athletics Carnival on one or both days, the school will credit part of the swimming payment towards bus transport for the Interschool Athletics Carnival.

Medication

Please ensure that students with any medical concerns have their necessary medical equipment available at school for transportation to and from the pool.

PLEASE NOTE, SOME STUDENTS HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES, SUCH AS ALLERGIES AND ASTHMA; HOWEVER, FOR SOME STUDENTS, THE MEDICINE THAT IS REQUIRED TO TREAT THOSE ALLERGIES HASN’T BEEN HANDED INTO THE SCHOOL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL MEDICAL SUPPLIES ARE UP TO DATE IF NEEDED
