You couldn’t ask for a nicer day to finish off Term 3 and with a colour fun run. The P&C did an amazing job in coordinating the Colour Run as part of their fundraising for 2019. Thanks to Shay and Michelle from the P&C. The Kindy students participated on Wednesday, 25th September with the remainder of the school participating on Friday, 27th September. Our first colour run session was the Year 3-6 students from 1.40pm – 2.10pm, followed by the P-2 students from 2.20pm – 2.50pm. Well done on the students for collecting a fundraising total around $16000 and the highest-earning class being Room 11 at around $1500.
The P&C is an amazing group who have already donated close to $25000 this year to assist in a variety of ways across the school…
- 30 Ipads
- Clubs – gardening, Woodwork and Lunchtime Clubs
- Sustainability – Tree Planting
- Giant games for recess and lunchtime use
- OT groups in 2,3 and 4th terms.
- Faction Shade tents and interschool team uniforms to name a few.
