Students attend classrooms at 5:45pm, where they get changed and organised. Teachers are bringing classrooms out to the stage area to be seated for the official ceremony to start no later than 6:15pm.
Each year level will present their item.
Book awards from classroom teachers will be presented at a separate whole school assembly on Friday, 8th December, in the undercover area from 1:50-3:00pm
This is a non-smoking and non-alcohol event, so we would appreciate it if you do not smoke or consume alcohol on school grounds out of courtesy to other people.
At the end of the evening’s program, students will return to their classrooms with their teacher. Parents will then be able to collect their children from the classrooms. At the conclusion of tonight’s events, we would appreciate any assistance with the packing up.
