PP-Yr6 Sports Faction Athletics Carnival is scheduled for this day.
Attached is a PP – Year 6 Athletics Carnival timetable on Friday, 13th October.
Lunch for the whole school will be at 12.30pm.
THE CANTEEN WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SPORTS CARNIVAL-THERE WILL BE NO OVER-THE-COUNTER ORDERING
The following items are available for lunchtime;
Sausage Rolls, Nacho Dippers, Picky Plates (Order through Flexischools-food ordering open by Wednesday 11th October)
Drinks, Icecreams, Bake Sale (Purchased separately on the day on the oval)
On the oval, near the Year 3 block, the P & C will sell home-cooked baked goods, ice cream, and drinks. There will also be a coffee van for parents.
Kindy, Year 1-2 classrooms send lunch monitors to collect lunches from the canteen as per normal at 12:20pm.
From the senior carnival, faction captains and student councillors from each faction are selected to go to the canteen to collect pre-ordered lunches at 12:25pm and bring them back to faction bays, where they will distributed by teachers.
Parents must sign out their Kindy to Year 2 students for lunch (sign out sheet in Kindy to Year 2 classes), but they must be returned to class by 1pm so that the senior athletics programme can restart promptly.
