Kindy Oral Language Parent Workshop & Free Book Pack
Wednesday 17th May at 5.30 pm -6.30 pm in the Staff Room
Forest Crescent Primary School Kindergarten is once again participating in an early literacy program called “Better Beginnings” promoted by the State Library. This program promotes reading for pleasure and will provide free resources to all Kindergarten families, including a lovely picture book and a reading pack. The Better Beginnings book pack is provided through the Thornlie Library.
Mrs Garic will be presenting these kits to families on behalf of the school and kindy teachers. The presentation should take about 60 mins and will include a short talk about the importance of oral language accessing the local library and reading for young children.
