We will be holding our Anzac Ceremony on Thursday 6th April, commencing at 9am on our grassed quadrangle. Students who are members of Service Organisations (eg, Scouts, Girl Guides) can wear the uniform of their organisation. Parents are encouraged to attend. At the conclusion of the Service, students will return to their classrooms.
School staff participate in six professional development days for up-skilling on school priorities, data review and forward planning each year. Students do not attend these days. Anzac Day is the solemn day of remembrance of those Australian and New Zealand Army Corps soldiers who have fought and died for their country and is marked annually on the anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign of the First World War.
Room 25 presents their item, and Honour Certificates are awarded. All honour certificate recipients would have had an email and/or an SMS message sent.
