We are excited to welcome you to our upcoming Concert Night, and we want to ensure that the event runs smoothly for everyone. Please take note of the following schedule and guidelines:
Event Schedule:
Students must be in their classrooms by 5:45 pm.
Parents and families should be seated by 6:00 pm.
Concert Night officially starts at 6:15 pm with our Head Boy, Sukesh, and Head Girl, Aardrha and should conclude around 7:15pm to 7:30pm.
Parking Information:
No parking is allowed in the teacher’s carpark, as it is reserved for staff only.
Please be mindful of parking around the school grounds and adhere to parking rules for the safety of our families.
Seating Etiquette:
Audience members with blankets or low chairs (sand chairs-festival chairs) are to be seated closest to the bunting.
Higher chairs should be placed towards the back of the audience or positioned in a way that does not block the view of those at ground level.
Parents are to remain behind the bunting and closed gates. Children are not to be playing in the Nature Play while the concert is happening.
Facility Information:
Parents and families can use the toilets in the Year 3 and Year 4 blocks; access is through the gate near Room 22.
Toilets in the Year 1 block are reserved for teachers and students.
Prohibited Activities:
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on all school sites for staff, students, and visitors.
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol on school grounds.
After the Event:
At the end of the evening’s program, students will return to their classrooms with their teachers.
Parents can stay behind until all students have left the presentation area and are safely back inside the classrooms.
Parents may then collect their children from the classrooms.
Assistance and Photography:
After the Concert Night events, we would appreciate any assistance with packing up.
You are welcome to film or take photos of the performances, but please respect the privacy of our students and refrain from uploading content to social media.
We look forward to an enjoyable and memorable Concert Night. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
