The vision for the Gardening Club was to create a safe place for our students to make friends and, most importantly, learning about the environment by growing tasty vegetables! We have grown carrots, lettuce, parsley, and many other vegetables. These plants have been thriving over the last few weeks. The kids are already loving it! In the future, we hope that more students will have the opportunity to be involved. The Gardening Club has been a fun and successful endeavour so far this year. We appreciate the tremendous help of our gardener, Rob, who comes out at lunchtime each Monday to assist with purchasing our plants, mulch, and trellis.
