Forest Crescent Primary is competing in the Interschool Cross Country.
Date: Monday, 11th August 2025
Schools: Campbell, Forest Crescent, Piara Waters, Harrisdale, Aspiri, Southern Grove
Venue: Homestead Park, Corner of Connemara Drive and Glenbrook Rd, Thornlie.
Event Times: These are approximate event times, and presentations will be at 12:05pm
- Yr 3 Girls 9:45am
- Yr 3 Boys 10:00am
- Yr 4 Girls 10:15am
- Yr 4 Boys 10:30am
- Yr 5 Girls 10:45am
- Yr 5 Boys 11:00am
- Yr 6 Girls 11:15am
- Yr 6 Boys 11:30am
The events are scheduled to commence at 9:45 a.m., beginning with the Year 3 girls and each subsequent race starting 15 minutes later, concluding with the Year 6 boys at 11:30 a.m. Presentations start at approximately 12:05pm. The Year 3 children run 900m, the Year 4/5 children run 1400m, and the Year 6 children run 1600m.
The children will be travelling by bus, leaving from school at approximately 9:00am. The cost is $7.00.
As the children are representing the school, all children are required to wear the school interschool shirt, which will be issued at the school, and wear running shoes. Students will need to return the shirt on the day. No spikes allowed or running barefoot. Please bring a towel and other suitable clothing in case of wet weather.

Please Note: The track has the potential to become wet. The event will continue in the event of light rain or showers, so students should be prepared for this.
