On the 21st September, we held the re-launch of our Safety House Program. Mr Michael Clarke, CEO of Safety House WA and Ima Safety House, visited Forest Crescent to provide all students with information about the Safety House Program and where the current houses were that students could use.
Below is the new 2024 Safety House Map. The Safety House Program is a local community program that:
- Provides a safe place for children.
- It provides children with the skills and confidence to feel safe.
- Provides a network of safe places for children within the community. A distinctive yellow smiling house logo allows children to easily recognise an approved safety house as a safe place to go when they feel scared or threatened.
- A map of the current Safety Houses in our community is available for download. We would like to thank Mrs Albert and the P&C for re-launching the Safety House Program, which is invaluable and improves the safety of our students coming to and from school and on the weekends.
