3P Photography is at Forest Crescent Primary school on 18th + 19th + 20 October

Absent Students

Students who are absent for their class and individual photo on their specific day can have their photo taken at school anytime on the 18th, 19th or 20th October.

If a student is unable to attend for their photo on the 18th-20th October, 3P has a Catch-Up Shoot in their studio in Malaga on Friday 28th October, but you do have to ring for an appointment.

Parents can book a time by calling the 3P office on 9250 6244.

Important Information:

  • Families that want to purchase specialist photos, or FCPS Choir, FCPS Band, will need to write in the “Please specify” photo box on the order form (see picture below), or you can go online.
  • Any family that would like to order any photos or additional photos (class group, composite, specialist)  can order online at www.3p.net.au and you do need your Shoot Key (found in the bottom right-hand corner of your order form). [Shoot Key: FN3T95K]
  • You can order ONLINE until 18th November without incurring late handling fees.
  • Year 6 students will get a complimentary Graduation Pack handed out at the end of the year which includes composite photos of all Year 6 students.
  • Student Councillors and Faction Captains get their councillor or faction captain photos purchased for them by the school (1 copy), so parents don’t need to purchase these photos.

Before Photo Day:

  • Individual Order Forms will be handed out to each student prior to Photo Day-handed out Monday 19th September
  • Students who don’t receive a photo order form can get one from the front office.
  • Complete the form and hand it to your child’s teacher on the morning of the class Photo Day-see the timetable below. Students will hand their forms over to the photographers on Photo Day.
  • Please return the form regardless of whether you are ordering prints or not.
  • Keep your forms in a safe place, spare forms are available at the front office, but these are limited in number.

On Photo Day Could Parents:

  • Please ensure your child has returned the Order Form.
  • Advise your child that 3P will be taking photos today.
  • Please ensure correct and neat uniform is worn.
  • Hair is neat and tidy. Preferably no large side/high ponytails, it may be cropped out.

Sibling Photos:

  • Sibling Photos will be taken in the photography area at the school (Undercover Area-Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) with sibling photo times being before school, 8:00-8:45am (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and after school, 3:00-3:15pm (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Please note, that students will not be collected from class.
  • Students must present themselves in the photography area.
  • Order only on the eldest child’s form, unless ordering multiple sibling packs.

  • PLEASE BRING YOUR CHOIR UNIFORM which includes White Choir Shirts, Black Pants and Shoes. Vests will be handed out on the day. If you don’t have a choir shirt then light blue school uniform, no leavers shirts.
