Absent Students-Important
Students absent from class and individual photos on their specific day can have their photo taken at school anytime at school on the 31st October, 1st & 2nd November.
If a student is going to be absent from school from the 31st October to the 2nd November, and wants to be included in the class photo and have portrait photos taken, then their parents can make an appointment with 3P for a photo in their studio in Malaga before the 31st October, but you do have to ring for an appointment.
If a student cannot attend for their photo from the 31st October to the 2nd November, then you can organise with 3P for a Catch-Up Shoot in their studio in Malaga anytime before Wednesday 8th November. Please ring 3P for an appointment. This photo session will not include the option of being included in the class photo and will only provide the option for portrait photos.

Important Information:
- Families that want to purchase specialist photos, or FCPS Choir, or FCPS Band, or FCPS Drama will need to write in the “Please specify” photo box on the order form (see picture below), or you can go online and where prompted, enter the details of the group (i.e. Choir).
- Any family that would like to order any photos or additional photos (class group, composite, specialist) can order online at www.3p.net.au. You need your Shoot Key (found in the bottom right-hand corner of your order form). [Shoot Key: FN3T95K]
- You can order ONLINE until 15th November without incurring late handling fees.
- Year 6 students will get a complimentary Graduation Pack handed out at the end of the year, including composite photos of all Year 6 students.
- Student Councillors and Faction Captains get their councillor or faction captain photos purchased for them by the school (1 copy per student), so parents don’t need to purchase these photos unless they want to purchase more than one copy (go online).
Before Photo Day:
- Individual Order Forms will be handed out to each student prior to Photo Day-handed-out in Week 2, Term 4.
- Students who don’t receive a photo order form can get one from the front office.
- Complete the form and hand it to your child’s teacher on the morning of the class Photo Day-see the timetable below. Students will hand their forms over to the photographers on Photo Day.
- Please return the form regardless of whether you are ordering prints or not.
- Keep your forms safe; spare forms are available at the front office, but these are limited in number.
On Photo Day, Could Parents:
- Please ensure your child has returned the Order Form.
- Advise your child that 3P will be taking photos today.
- Please ensure the correct and neat uniform is worn.
- Hair is neat and tidy. Preferably, no large side/high ponytails; it may be cropped out.
Sibling Photos:
- Sibling Photos will be taken in the photography area at the school (Undercover Area-Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday morning), with sibling photo times being before school, 8:00-8:45am (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), and after school, 3:00-3:15pm (Tuesday and Wednesday) THERE IS NO SIBLING PHOTO SESSION ON THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL
- Please note that students will not be collected from class.
- Students must present themselves in the photography area.
- Order only on the eldest child’s form unless ordering multiple sibling packs.
After Photo Day:
- Orders will be delivered to the school and will be sent home with your child.
- Digital downloads (if ordered) will be available at www.3p.net.au after delivery.
