3P Photography is at Forest Crescent Primary School on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of October
Photo order forms were handed out in Week 10, Thursday 19th September for all families. Kindy 1A and 2A forms will be handed out in Week 1, Tuesday 8th October.
Absent Students-Important
Students absent from class and individual photos on their specific day can have their photos taken at school anytime on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of October.
If a student is absent on the day of their scheduled class photo school but attends school between the dates of the 29th and the 31st of October, they can be included in the class photo.
If a student cannot attend for their photo from the 29th to the 31st of October, you can have your Individual Photo taken and be included in your Class Composite. You must attend our 3P Studio for a Catch-Up Shoot U7/30 Enterprise Cres, MALAGA, WA, before Friday, 8th November. Please email hello@3p.net.au with student details and your preferred date/time during our studio hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 3.45pm. After the above date, you will be listed as absent on all Class Photos.
Other Important Information:
- Families wanting to purchase specialist photos, such as FCPS Choir, FCPS Band, FCPS Drama, or FCPS Art, must mark CLASS GROUP Photo on the PAPER order form and write CHOIR, etc. Alternatively, you can go online and, where prompted, enter the details of the group photo (e.g., Choir). There are more discounts with online ordering.
- Any family wanting to order photos or additional photos (class group, composite, specialist) can order online at www.3p.net.au. You need your Shoot Key (found in the bottom right-hand corner of your order form). [Shoot Key: FN3T95K]
- You can order ONLINE until Monday, 18th November without incurring late handling fees.
- Year 6 students will receive a complimentary Graduation Pack at the end of the year, which includes composite photos of all Year 6 students.
- Student Councillors and Faction Captains get their councillor or faction captain photos purchased by the school (1 copy per student), so parents don’t need to purchase these photos unless they want to buy more than one copy (please order online).
Before Photo Day:
- Individual Order Forms will be handed out in Week 10, Thursday 19th September for all families. Kindy 1A and 2A forms will be handed out in Week 1, Tuesday 8th October.
- Students who don’t receive a photo order form can get one from the front office.
- Complete the form and hand it to your child’s teacher on the morning of class Photo Day (see the timetable below). Students will hand their forms over to the photographers on Photo Day.
- Please return the form regardless of whether you are ordering prints or not.
- Keep your forms safe. Spare forms are available at the front office, but they are limited in number.
On Photo Day, Could Parents:
- Please ensure your child has returned the Order Form.
- Advise your child that 3P will be taking photos today.
- Please ensure the correct and neat uniform is worn.
- Hair is neat and tidy. Preferably, no large side/high ponytails; it may be cropped out.
Sibling Photos:
- Sibling Photos will be taken in the photography area at the school (Undercover Area-Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday morning), with sibling photo times being before school, 8:15-8:45am (Tuesday, Wednesday) and 8:00-8:45am (Thursday), and after school, 3:00-3:15pm (Tuesday and Wednesday) THERE IS NO SIBLING PHOTO SESSION ON THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL.
- Please note that students will not be collected from class.
- Students must present themselves in the photography area-undercover area.
- Order only on the eldest child’s form unless ordering multiple sibling packs.
After Photo Day:
- Orders will be delivered to the school and sent home with your child.
- Digital downloads (if ordered) will be available at www.3p.net.au after delivery.
