The following arrangements are in place for in-term swimming lessons for our Year 4 to Year 6 students. The parent information letter provides additional details about the swimming lessons. Parent letters will be sent home on 8th August.

Payments & Forms

  • For organisational purposes, could all forms be filled in and returned to the front office, along with a payment of $68.00, no later than Friday, 22nd August
  • Payment is to be made to the school via EFTPOS or the Qkr App.

Spectators will be charged $2.00 for each visit to the pool, unless you have arranged with the school to supervise your child due to medical reasons; please note this on the permission forms.

Medication

Please ensure that students with any medical concerns have their necessary medical equipment available at school for transportation to and from the pool.

PLEASE NOTE, SOME STUDENTS HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES, SUCH AS ALLERGIES AND ASTHMA; HOWEVER, FOR SOME STUDENTS, THE MEDICINE THAT IS REQUIRED TO TREAT THOSE ALLERGIES HASN’T BEEN HANDED INTO THE SCHOOL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL MEDICAL SUPPLIES ARE UP TO DATE IF NEEDED

    • Departure Time: 9:05am
    • Lesson Start Time: 9:20am
    • Arrival Time at School: 10:30am
    • Recess & Lunch changes for swimming group- Group One normal recess (10:45-11.05am) & normal lunch (1.05-1.50pm)
  • Group 2- R20 & R14
    • Departure Time: 9:50am
    • Lesson Start Time: 10:05am
    • Arrival Time at School: 11:15am
    • Recess & Lunch changes for swimming group- Group Two changed recess (supervised 11:15-11.30am) & normal lunch (1.05-1.50pm)
  • Group 3- R15 & R16

  • Wednesday- Flute & Clarinet
    • (Yr5 FLUTE) 11:25am-11:55am: Room 14 can attend only
    • (Yr6 FLUTE) 11:55am-12:25pm: Room 18 can attend only
    • (Yr5 CLARINET) 12:25pm-12:55pm: Room 14 can attend, Room 15 can attend, Room 16 can attend
