Students attend classrooms at 5:45 pm where they get changed and organised. Teachers are bringing classrooms out to the stage area so that students can be seated for the official ceremony to start no later than 6:15 pm.
Photos of the Book Award recipients taken tonight will have a download link emailed to the family email address that is on our current newsletter database.
This is a non-smoking and non-alcohol event, so we would appreciate, out of courtesy to other people, that you do not smoke or consume alcohol on school grounds.
At the end of the evening’s program, students will return to their classrooms with their teacher. Parents will then be able to collect their children from the classrooms. At the conclusion of tonight’s events, we would appreciate any assistance with the packing up.
