Students arrive in classrooms at 5:45 p.m., where they get changed and organized. Teachers then bring the classrooms out to the stage area to be seated for the official ceremony, which will start at 6:15 p.m.
This is a non-smoking and non-alcohol event, so we would appreciate it if you do not smoke or consume alcohol on school grounds out of courtesy to other people.
At the end of the evening’s program, students will return to their classrooms with their teacher. Parents will then be able to collect their children from the classrooms. At the conclusion of tonight’s events, we would appreciate any assistance with the packing up.
