Forest Crescent Primary is completing all school photo orders online through 3P’s website. There are no paper order forms.
ONLINE ORDERING
Here’s a quick step-by-step on how to place your order for your Annual School Photos online with 3P.
- Go to the 3P website: www.3p.net.au
- Select Order Photos from the top main menu
- Enter the Shoot Key: AL13N
- Scroll through to view the available packages for our school
- Select your chosen collection

- Select our school name from the drop-down list
- Enter Student First Name
- Enter Student Surname
- Select Student Year Group from the drop-down list
- Enter Classroom
- Enter quantity required and Add to Cart
- Ordering for multiple children? Select Continue Shopping
- Once all orders have been added to the cart
- Check that all details are correct and Proceed to Checkout
- Enter all fields for Billing Details
- Tick to accept our T&C’s (view via the link provided)
- Place Order
- Complete Payment Details as prompted
- Order Number provided once payment is completed
- Automated Order Confirmation delivered to your inbox!

Important Photo Information from 3P for Parents
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before Photo Day:
- Photos can be ordered online at www.3p.net.au with the Shoot Key: AL13N
On Photo Day, Could Parents:
- Please ensure the correct and neat uniform is worn. Hair is neat and tidy. Preferably, no large side/high ponytails; they may be cropped out.
Sibling Photos:
- Sibling Photos will be taken in the photography area at the school (Undercover Area-Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday morning), with sibling photo times being before school, 8:00-8:45am (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), and after school, 3:00-3:15pm (Tuesday and Wednesday). THERE IS NO SIBLING PHOTO SESSION ON THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL
- Please note that students will not be collected from class.
- Students must present themselves in the photography area.
- Order only on the eldest child’s form unless ordering multiple sibling packs.
Class photo style:
- All school photos are in a contemporary style, with classroom headshots arranged as a composite photo.
Specialist Group Photos:
- When ordering, select the Specialist Group Photo option
- Where prompted, enter the name of the group (i.e. Faction Captains, Choir, etc)
- Specialist student groups that are being photographed this year are: Year 6 Graduation, Year 6 Student Councillors, Year 6 Faction Captains, TAGS Art, TAGS Drama, TAGS Choir, TAGS Band
- Year 6 students will receive a complimentary Graduation Pack at the end-of-year Graduation Ceremony, which includes composite photos of all Year 6 students.
- Student Councillors and Faction Captains get their councillor or faction captain photos purchased for them by the school (1 copy per student), so parents don’t need to buy these photos unless they want to purchase more than one copy (go online).
After Photo Day:
- All photo orders will be delivered to our school ~8-10 weeks after Photo Day
- Any ordered Digital Downloads available at www.3p.net.au after photo delivery
- After photo delivery, all orders will incur a $20 Archive Fee

Absent Students-Important
To have your Individual Photo taken and be included in your Class Composite, you must attend the 3P Studio for a catch-up shoot at 84 Albert St, Osborne Park WA within five (5) business days after your last photo day.
• Please email hello@3p.net.au with student details and your preferred date/time during their studio hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 3.45pm.
• After the above date, your child will be listed as absent on all Class Photos.
