The Edudance Concert stands out as a key event in the school year, with students delivering outstanding performances filled with fun, slick dance moves, and great coordination. It was wonderful to see all the students involved, smiling brightly. Edudance sessions help build muscle, tone the body, enhance circulation, improve posture, balance, and coordination, and increase flexibility, endurance, and kinaesthetic memory, while supporting cardiovascular health. These sessions also foster trust and openness, boost self-esteem and communication skills, and help students overcome shyness.
