Our school takes great pride in supporting Daffodil Day and has a long association with fundraising for the Cancer Council (WA). However, due to COVID, it has been several years since we have organised any fundraising events during Daffodil Day. Stationery products are no longer available for us to sell as before. But, the good news is that students can wear an item of yellow clothing to school on this day; however, they need to bring a gold coin donation to stick to their classroom’s Daffodil Day poster.
An online fundraising page under the name Forest Crescent Primary School will be set up if any staff members or other school community members wish to make donations. Our fundraising goal for 2022 is $500. This link will be published in the school newsletter.
