Changed lunch with all Pre-primary to Year 6 students participating at different times in the afternoon.
Lunchtime
Yr 5/6 – Early lunch from 12.40pm. Students are to be supervised eating lunch from 12.40 – 1.05 (students can get changed during this time).
Yrs 3/4 Lunch break for 3 -4 students. Lunch supervision 1.05pm – 1.20 pm. Students can then get changed. Lunch Play 1.20 – 1.40. Lunch siren will go slightly earlier at 1.40pm. Students line up at the entrance to the oval in class groups from 1.40 pm.
Yrs P/ 1 /2 – Lunch break for P / 1/ 2 students. Lunch supervision 1.05pm – 1.20 pm. Lunch Play 1.20 – 1.40. The lunch siren will go slightly earlier at 1.40pm. 1.40pm Back to class – Students can then get changed
Colour Run
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
As you know Forest Crescent Primary School is once again holding a fun run for the students as our major fundraiser this year. We turning our event from bland to GRAND this year by adding a splash of colour.
This event is taking place on Friday 21st October starting from 1:15pm. Parents are welcome to come to watch.
On Friday, please come to school in uniform, and bring a white shirt to change into for the run.
White shirts can be purchased from Kmart for $3, or any old white shirt from home is fine. Only those students that are wearing white shirts will be sprayed with colour.
Run times are:
- Years 5 and 6 – 1:15pm- 1:35pm Run, then 1:35pm-1:45pm – Slime the teacher!
- Years 3 and 4 – 1:50pm- 2:05pm Run, then 2:05pm-2:20pm – Slime the teacher!
- Years PP, 1 and 2 – 2:30pm-2:45pm Run, then 2:45pm-2:50pm – Slime the teacher!
The colour powder is made of high-quality corn starch with permitted food colours. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, skin safe and environmentally friendly.
