As part of the celebration of Harmony Week, Forest Crescent Primary school would like to invite the families of the students to come to the school for lunch, from 1.05pm on Tuesday 21st March and then remain for the special Harmony Day assembly at 2pm.

Families are asked to bring in their lunch and enjoy the time having lunch with their children (signing in at your child’s classroom) from 1.05 – 1.45 pm. A special events lunch menu will be available for parents on Flexi Schools while a normal menu will be available for students.

All students, and their families, are encouraged to wear cultural dress for this event, the colours of the flag of their country of origin or orange, which is the accepted colour for supporting Harmony Day. This is not a Free Dress Day and only National Costume or orange should be worn. All other students are in school uniforms as usual.

The students will be presenting a special whole school performance at this assembly to promote and celebrate the cultural diversity at Forest Crescent Primary School.

We look forward to welcoming you all to celebrate with us the Harmony Day theme which is: “Everyone Belongs”
