The NSPOS survey is required every two years. We currently have three surveys running to collect data on our school. All students in Years 5 / 6 will complete the student survey, staff are completing a staff survey and a parent survey has been advertised last term and closes on Friday, October 30.

Feedback from our community is a vital part of our planning and validation process for the school. It allows us to review our progress, achievements and planned activities against your expectations, and provides a quantitative assessment of how we are meeting the needs of our students. While this is a voluntary process, we do encourage you to respond to ensure that we have enough data to make informed decisions.

The survey can only be completed once per family. If you have more than one student attending Forest Crescent, please choose the year level of the student where you feel you can provide the most information. We would appreciate that you attempt to answer all questions and minimize the use of N/A. If you are not quite clear, please give us your perceptions of how you rate the question ie – in pre-primary you may not have been exposed to the whole school behaviour management policy.  Please click on the link below to gain access to the survey. I, together with the School Board, look forward to analysing the results in Term 4 and looking for ways to improve our performance.
