Parents of students enrolled at Forest Crescent Primary School are invited to nominate for one of the vacancies on our School Board for 2020-21.
This year, there are THREE positions available for parents to fill for a term of two years, The staggered Board membership periods mean that incoming members will join our current Parent Representatives, Peter Massey and Kelly Ibbitson. The School Board plays a major role in overseeing the implementation and monitoring of our School Business Plan. We value diversity within our School Board and proactively encourage women and parents with a multicultural background to nominate. This will ensure both gender and cultural balance are represented on the School Board.
Generally, there are two meetings per term and they are held at the school on Wednesday evening in Weeks 4 and 8 of the school term, commencing at 7.00pm.
Parents wishing to nominate for a Parent position on the Board need to complete the downloadable nomination form and return it to the Principal by 4pm Wednesday 30th October.
