3P Photography is at Forest Crescent Primary school on 12th + 13th + 14th + 15th October 2020.
Regarding any absent students:
3P has a Catch-Up Shoot in their studio in Malaga on Tuesday 20th October.
Parents can book a time by calling the 3P office on 9250 6244.
Important Information:
- Families that want to purchase specialist photos, FCPS Choir, FCPS Band, will need to tick the Specialist photo box on the order form.
- Any family that who would like to order any photos or additional photos (class group, composite, specialist) can order online at www.3p.net.au and you do need your Shoot Key (found in the bottom left corner of your order form).
- You can order ONLINE until 6th November without incurring late handling fees.

The Shoot Key for Forest Crescent Primary is FB3LE4P. Just go online use the shoot key and enter your child’s details to order photos or extra photos if you require

- Year 6 students will get a complimentary Graduation Pack handed out at the end of the year which includes composite photos of all Year 6 students. Student Councillors and Faction Captains get their councillor and faction captain photo purchased for them by the school, so parents don’t need to purchase these photos.
Before Photo Day:
- Individual Order Forms will be handed out to each student prior to Photo Day-handed out Friday 18th September 2020.
- Complete the form and hand to your child’s teacher the morning of the class Photo Day-see the timetable below. Students will hand their form over to the photographers on Photo Day.
- Photos can also be ordered online at www.3p.net.au
- Please return the form regardless of whether you are ordering prints or not.
- After Photo Day a Late Fee may occur.
- Keep your forms in a safe place, spare forms are available at the front office, but these are limited in number.
On Photo Day Could Parents:
- Please ensure your child has returned the Order Form.
- Advise your child that 3P will be taking photos today.
- Please ensure correct and neat uniform is worn.
- Hair is neat and tidy. Preferably no large side/high ponytails, it may be cropped out.
Sibling Photos:
- Sibling Photos will be taken in the photography area at the school (Undercover Area-Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
- Please note, students will not be collected from class.
- Students must present themselves to the photography area.
- Order only on eldest child’s form, unless ordering multiple sibling packs.
- Photo times are 45 minutes before school, 8:00-8:45am (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) and after school, 3:00-3:15pm (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday).
