This post is a celebration of all the amazing plant habitats and projects that we have up and going in all areas of our school. Some of these are:
- vegetable garden beds, including new ones for our junior classes that are managed with Mr Flemmatti on Wednesday lunchtimes with the gardening club
- native garden beds throughout the school
- a new fairy garden in Pre-Primary
- a garden wall in the Pre-Primary and Year 1 play area
- frog habitat
- native garden in the Year 5 and Year 6 block alcove area that is managed by Room 14 and Ms Vapor
- a vertical wall garden in the Year 5 and Year 6 block alcove area
Thank you to our school gardeners, Mr Flematti, Mr Holmes and the Wednesday gardening club, Mrs Blake, Ms Vapor and Room 14, Room 25 students who help at the frog habitat and any other parents, teachers and students who help to initiate and maintain these projects.
