Year 6 Parliament House Excursion 2026

The Year 6 students in Rooms 5, 17 & 18 will be going on an excursion to Parliament House, the Electoral Education Centre, and the Constitutional Centre of Western Australia as part of their Humanities and Social Science studies.

Date:             Monday, 25^th May 2026

Transport: The bus will leave at 8.15am and return at approximately 3.00pm.

Cost:             $14.00 per student. Permission and money are due back by Thursday, 21st May 2026.

The children will need to be at school by 8.00am as we need to be on the bus by 8.15am.

All children will be required to wear their school uniform, bring their recess and lunch in a small disposable bag. School bags are not permitted at the venues. They may carry their water bottle and must have their school hat. (Students will need a raincoat if inclement weather is forecast.)

We also require one parent helper per class; if you can assist, please contact your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
