School staff participate in six professional development days for up-skilling on school priorities, data review and planning each year. Students do not attend these days. We will hold our Anzac Ceremony on Friday, April 24th, commencing at 2 p.m. on our grassed quadrangle. Students who are members of service organisations (e.g., Scouts or Girl Guides) can wear their organisation’s uniform. Parents are encouraged to attend. At the conclusion of the Service, students will return to their classrooms.
Anzac Day is the solemn day of remembrance of those Australian and New Zealand Army Corps soldiers who have fought and died for their country and is marked annually on the anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign of the First World War. ANZAC Public Holiday- Monday 27 April
