Last Friday, Forest Crescent Primary School proudly participated in National Walk to School Day, encouraging students and families to enjoy the benefits of active travel.
Two Walking School Buses set off from different locations, with more students and families joining along the way. As the groups grew, students enjoyed walking with friends and arriving at school feeling energised and ready for a day of learning.
The event was a wonderful reminder that walking to school is a fun, healthy, and environmentally friendly way to start the day. Thank you to all the students, families, and staff who participated and helped make the morning such a success.
We look forward to seeing even more families join us for our next Walking School Bus event!
